To sign up for Clinical Observation
Please read our code of conduct and participant expectations before sending an inquiry with desired dates of observation. Clinical Observeration 2024
As part of our mission to raise the bar of Chinese medicine by bringing classical theory to life, we are pleased to offer clinical training in our not-for-profit teaching focused clinic. While seminar training is incredibly important, watching Chinese medicine in practice on real patients with serious conditions is critical.
Traditionally, a student would spend years assisting and interning with an experienced practitioner before going out on their own, yet today most practitioners graduate from school without significant training under highly skilled practitioners. This greatly affects the results of our treatments and reputation of our field. We hope you join us to change this trend and see what is possible when Chinese medicine is applied by a practitioner with a clear understanding and skilled hand.
Observation / Immersion Programs
For those interested in seeing the comprehensive and tangible style of Chinese medicine practiced at The Alternative Clinic, a one week observation will allow you to join the fast paced setting of treatments and benefit from discussion on the cases, formulas and treatments performed.
For those who have already taken ATS trainings or online classes, observing in the clinic will bring to life seminar material and provide a better integration of theory.
